1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using any mobile application published by Beautiful Video Project Inc. (“BVP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Reverse Vid, Dub Video, Watermark Photo, TrimVid, MusicVid, SizeVid, and Reverse Vid Pro (collectively, the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps. We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
3. User Content
Some of our Apps allow you to import, record, or create video, audio, and image content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using our Apps, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the App’s functionality to you.
Certain features, such as lip-sync dubbing in Dub Video, require your User Content to be transmitted to third-party services (such as HeyGen, Inc.) for processing. By using these features, you acknowledge and consent to this transmission. We are not responsible for how third-party services handle your content once transmitted; please review their terms and privacy policies.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit through our Apps and that your content does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps; use the Apps for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; use the Apps to transmit harmful code or malicious software; use the Apps in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality; or redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Apps or any content generated through them.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks within the Apps are owned by or licensed to BVP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of our Apps require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through Apple’s App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. We are not able to process refunds directly.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or quality of any content processed through the Apps, including content processed by third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BVP from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Apps, your User Content, or your breach of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps is revoked.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada for any disputes arising from these terms.
